Florist Days
I think it's comical when I get asked, "Angie, what have you been doing?" “What exactly do you do?” You mean like wipe kids butts, laundry, cook and pack perpetually???Hmmm..Basically, I have tried to stay behind the scenes! One person in the limelight is enough! 😄 When forced to list things this is what pops up. Here's a quick look at my Supercalafragalisticexpialadocious Life! 🎶
High school Sweetheart. MLB Baseball Wife. Mom. Retired MLB Baseball Wife. Mom of tiny people. Mom of teenagers. Mom of grown kids. Florist. Caterer. Business owner. Wedding business owner. MILB Coach Wife. Retired business owner. Hobby Florist & Caterer. Gypsy traveler. Mimi. Iger. On Twitter and FB. Blogger for Fun. THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS!! 🎶🎶

I was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL While growing up, my parents were always entertaining. It was the Southern home and some of my favorite memories were helping my mom with large parties; everything from the decor of the home, menu planning, cooking, and flowers.
I married the man of my dreams, Storm Davis, in 1980. During our years in professional baseball I was able to continue with my love of learning people's stories and working with special events. We had the pleasure of being involved and fundraising for many worthy charities and also continuing the tradition of entertaining.
My family is my ❤️heart. I have amazing kids and a growing number of grand kids. For me, being a mom is the greatest job on the planet. It's been my favorite one so far-- with Mimi at a close second!
Now, in our empty nest years, Storm and I travel with MILB. He's been a pitching coach at all levels. Minor league baseball takes place in a cloud of oblivion and anonymity. It's hard for these young men and can be very unsettling. Coming alongside them is an honor and a privilege. Our blog highlights travel tales of our gypsy life, funny stories, the "joys" of growing older, and of course food and creative outlets I have to keep my hands messy doing!!
My calling for life is loving others, learning their stories, and pouring into the lives of others. It is the only thing lasting and eternal that is worth doing.
I find it an honor to be a part of my baseball ladies, clients and grandkids lives and sometimes their special events. I love being able to serve them and to help create memories for them that will last a lifetime!
Mostly, I find sharing a funny story over a cup of coffee is truly the most delightful way🎶🎶 to spend time before heading to the ballpark!
So with all of that said, I do what all WAGS OF BASEBALL do. We do what needs to be done. We pray a lot and we trust God with our days and long nights.
I am now on the back side of so much of that. Due to a family illness that required our full attention, Storm stepped down from coaching MiLB baseball. What I do remains the same...do what’s in front of me by the grace of God!
....I’ve never been Wonder Woman or Mary Poppins... but I do like their sass!!
