💕"This is a blog for the ladies in my life who keep asking me what to do about their Gravity Touched Faces! I can attempt to give a few tips for all the "afflicted" in my life! Each face is unique and beautiful!! Here you go ladies!! ...

EXFOLIATE & MOISTURIZE!! This model/ is my Mom. She has been slow to catch on... What am I going to do with her?! She is finally doing a Skin Care regimen more consistently! She has chosen Mario Bedescu's products for "mature skin". If you have another product you like, that's great! BE CONSISTENT! This makes a huge difference for how your make-up will lay on your face!!

Foundations!
If you follow my blog you will know my favorite foundations---Jane Iredale! They have liquid or powder foundations with flawless coverage!
1• Apply your moisturizer! Sunscreen, too, if your foundation doesn't include one.
2• Apply a good concealer. Under the eyes, beside the nose, the chin, and any hyper-pigmentation areas can be covered. Blend well.
3• Apply your foundation. Bring it down on your neck lightly too! ** Be color matched! I match and blend with the color of the chest** Contact me if you need this done!
4• Blend. !

Tip: If you feel your mineral/ powder make-up is sinking into wrinkles--using a finishing spray can be helpful. But First Be Sure & MOISTURIZE!!!

Blushes!
Smile! Where your cheeks show their cute Apples--Apply Blush! Then angle up toward your ear!

Eye Shadows!
The eyelid area has changed for some mature faces. The eyelid can "hover" lower than before changing the "crease".

1• Begin with applying an all over lighter color.
2• Finding the "crease" is done visually with the eye open. It begins right above where the open eye meets the upper eyelid. Apply the darker color along that arch of the eye!! (See photo).
3• Be sure and blend the colors. Adding a lighter shade under the brow line can help open the eye as well as a touch of shimmer!
4• Blue eyes look great with natural brown and greys eyeshadows. Green eyes can pull off purples. Brown eyes shine with Golds and Browns.

Eyebrows & Eyelashes!
Don't forget your eyebrows! I tell this to all my clients!! They are the frame for the eyes and make them stand out beautifully!! You can use a light eyeshadow and brow brush to fill in your eyebrows. Benefit also makes some good brow products! If you are a strawberry blonde to auburn haired, Anastasia Beverly Hills has great shades!!

Black mascara is my favorite! For more info on mascara go to my blog "Back to Basics"!

Lips!
There is a huge world of lip colors!! Be shy or be playful! It makes a face look finished and a chance to show your personality! A Lipstick will give you a matte finish. You can play it up with a gloss in the same shade too!! I love a bold lip with a subtle eye. I also love a dramatic eye with a soft lip! For daily simplicity you can have a casual eye and soft lip. But I warn all ages about a dramatic eye & lip--- more is not always better!
